Kayce will lead a conversation about what it looks like to connect and chat with ancestors, archetypes, & spirit guides.  

Our primary focus will be on deepening our understanding of what these different categories look like and assist us as we live more fully at any age. Did you know that you do not have to be related by blood for an ancestor to guide you or represent your lineage? We will also experience an extended drum journey to invite in a guide who wants to walk along side you in this adventure of elderhood. (No experience needed).

Bring your curiosity, a journal, and writing utensil. A yoga mat and blankets are optional. Have water handy to stay hydrated. And who knows? You might want an oracle or Tarot deck.
