Expression Through Movement Meditation. Please wear comfortable clothes and have a clutter free area of about 5-6 feet square (it can be on carpet or outdoors) and some writing materials for brief journaling. You will be creating your own poem in movement that you will be able to use as a connection to Spirit in your life. No dance experience is necessary as your movements will be generated through Sandy’s guidance. Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore the expressivity of movement and how it can serve you.
